Clinical Counselling

Individual and couples counselling for adults. I work with people navigating life’s challenges such as grief and loss, relationships, and life transitions. My area of specialty is in working with first responders, frontline health care professionals and their families experiencing trauma exposure, career transitions, and preparing for retirement.

Workplace Mental Health Services

Proactive annual wellness check-ins, group education sessions, planning and consulting services are available for your workplace. Please contact me to discuss your organizational needs and plan supports for your most important resource - your people.

Critical Incident Response

I offer debriefings for individuals and groups following critical incidents. I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management, and experienced in working with first responders and frontline healthcare professionals. I am also an approved service provider with the WorkSafeBC Critical Incident Response (CIR) program.
