She offers a safe and non-judgemental space to come together and navigate the challenges and connection with each other.

You’ve got grit. You train to respond in the moment as a public safety and helping professional. While there is a strong sense of purpose in responding to people in crisis, there is also a personal impact on you. It is critically important for your mind and body to both prepare for this and decompress when the job is done.
Alanna offers a space where you can put down your shield, soothe your nervous system, and speak the unspeakable, while developing tools and strategies to mitigate the impact and stay connected to life beyond the job.
